At MIRAMONTI, coffee is part of everyday life for guests and team alike. It tells of early mornings, lively conversations and the quiet moments in between.

With care and passion, our team maintains the highest standards of quality and expertise.

The driving force behind it all is our host, Klaus. Raised in a family of restaurateurs, shaped by craftsmanship and quality. He learned the art of roasting in Florence – inspired by his wife Carmen and the search for the perfect espresso.

Today, MONTI Coffee is roasted at 1,830 metres above sea level in Hafling. Probably one of the highest coffee roasteries in Europe. Only specialty coffee beans are used, roasted with time, care and intuition. For different brewing methods. And for a taste that lingers.

Our coffees for espresso, cappuccino and flat white. For portafilter machines, Chemex, moka or French press. Each preparation has its place. And its own character.
